We process orders within 24-48 hours from receiving your payment and allow up to 14 days for shipping. We can offer expedited shipping at additional cost if the item is in stock, otherwise it will take the normal shipping time. We will be opening a distribution center located in the U.K to enable faster shipping later in the year.

Exchange Policy
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective. If you are requesting an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last discounted price of the item.
