Is your merchandise authentic?
Yes, all of our merchandise is authentic with original tags and comes straight from the manufacturer.
How often do you get new merchandise?
We receive new shipments of merchandise all the time. Once received, the merchandise is shipped directly from our site.
Do you have locations in the U.K and Europe?
By avoiding the expense of running and maintaining commercial outlets we are able to the past the savings on to our customers, which is reflected in our low prices.
Can I order specific items from the US?
We can obtain almost any item. Send an email to qa@fromla2uk.com for a personal request.
How long will it take to process my order?
We process orders within 24-48 hours from receiving your payment and allow up to 14 days for shipping. We can offer expedited shipping at additional cost if the item is in stock, otherwise it will take the normal shipping time. We will be opening a distribution center located in the U.K to enable faster shipping later in the year.
What if I don’t receive my order?
All orders are covered by insurance and are shipped with a tracking number and can be traced if needs be.
How do I place an order?

Why do I have to register to be a purchaser?
We ask all customers to register as a purchaser. This saves both the customer and the seller time. Having your contact details. (ie. name, address, phone no.) on file eliminates the need to take the details from you each time you order.

Do you offer Discounts on Bulk Orders?
